How much do you know of Hermione Granger?

This is my first blog and this blog is dedicated to my favorite character of all times, Hermione Granger (of course you should know who she is, considering you are reading this blog).
She came into existence through the words of JK Rowling but she is not just words, mind you. She lives in the hearts of millions of people all over the world. And I take pride in saying that I am one among them.
But the important question that pops-up in one’s mind (if it doesn’t, never mind, continue reading) is what is so special about her? And why, for the love of God, would I dedicate my first blog (my first publication as a matter of fact) to her?
Am I talking about the lovely actress Emma Watson (who of course gave the face and feel to this character) here? Absolutely not! This is a blog of passion and respect and Love towards Hermione as a character and this blog is about the way in which Hermione inspires me and guides me as I go forward into the unconquered realms of my life. This blog is about her living in me as my alter ego.
This blog is an answer to all the whys (that have been nagging me for quite sometime now) about Hermione Granger. The Questions being:
Why is she so studious? (I mean who, in their right mind, would spend more time in the library? And what’s worse spending their time, Reading. Aargh!!!)
Why did she fall in love with a guy who has been known to provoke and disagree with her all the time?
Why did she not leave Harry even in the toughest of times, even though she loved Ron? (Oh! Don’t get me wrong here. Please do NOT use your imagination here).
And most importantly, why should I bother about all these answers when the whole thing is fictitious? You might even think ‘Is he in his right mind?’ But believe me when I say, I absolutely am in my senses and I seem to have realized the profound impact that this book series, this character has had on me.
About How Hermione's decisions matter to me? How her decisions influence my decisions in real time situations? And when you read this, you may think like ‘Oh! This guy is nuts. Is it just me or is he so stupid to make his life-time decisions based on some fancy character in a fantasy book?)
Well if you do have this question, here’s what I think. We all learn from somebody right. If somebody can read a book about Mahatma and try to follow his ways, I think I have the right to follow Hermione, though I am not comparing Mahatma with Hermione here. Stay tuned to get to know more of the Hermione I know and to see her as I see her and to feel her as I feel her and allow her to fill you up as she fills me up. Let me stop here, that is, let me stop before I say to myself, “Oh! Stop it! Enough of this Nonsense! Just Get on with it. Will you?”
Let me get back to you soon with the answers to all my questions. Thanks for reading this blog and wasting your valuable time (I am not trying to be formal here). If you are looking for spending your time without any use to you whatsoever, then you know where to look. HERE!!!

Ciao

  1. I never followed the book series, partly because at that time only my very nerdy, geeky peers used to love the book. When Harry Potter (the movie) was released, I had to accompany my mom and sister to the movie. They were excited about the movie. I was not!

But after the movie, I fell in love with, er.. you know who! (not "you know who" as in Voldemort, you know who as in the pretty lady Guru loves).

But then time went by. She kinda faded away from my head (I have bad memory btw).

Can't wait to start falling in love 'all over again'. Guru's blog'll help me. Cant't wait for the next post dude! Keep on writing.
